2. Information We Collect
We collect only the minimum necessary information required to facilitate cafe drink ordering and customer rewards:
- Account Information: Name, email address, and optional mobile phone number provided when creating an account or logging in via Google OAuth.
- Order Details: Drink choices, customization preferences (size, ice level, sweetness, toppings), order timestamps, and pickup codes (e.g. RY-1234).
- Loyalty & Reward Points: Roeyals Club tier progress, cup counts, points earned/redeemed, daily check-in streak activity, and optional birthday date for annual birthday rewards.
- Device & App Usage: Basic anonymous app diagnostic information and preferences (push notification settings, dark mode preferences).
3. How We Use Your Information
Your data is used strictly for legitimate cafe operations and service enhancement:
- To prepare and fulfill your coffee and beverage pickup orders at Roey Coffee counters.
- To calculate and award loyalty reward points, streak bonuses, and tier perks (Roeyals Child, Roeyal Knight, Roeyal Highness).
- To notify you when your drink status is updated to "Preparing" or "Ready for Pickup".
- To provide customer support and respond to inquiries sent to roeysupport@gmail.com.

4. Data Storage & Cloud Security
ROEYALS uses enterprise-grade cloud database infrastructure with Row Level Security (RLS) policies and SSL/TLS encryption in transit and at rest. Access to personal order history and points is strictly scoped to the authenticated account owner.
5. Account Deletion & User Rights (Google Play, Apple & GDPR Compliant)
In accordance with Google Play User Data policies, Apple App Store Review Guidelines (Guideline 5.1.1), and global data protection regulations (GDPR/PDPA), you have the absolute right to delete your account and all associated personal data at any time.
🗑️ Option 1: In-App Account Deletion (Instant)
Open the ROEYALS app > tap Profile > open App Settings (⚙️) > tap "🗑️ Delete Account". Confirming this action will immediately and permanently erase your account profile, credentials, reward points, vouchers, and order history from our servers and databases.
🌐 Option 2: Web & Email Deletion Request (Google Play URL Requirement)
If you do not have the app installed or prefer to request deletion via the web, you may email our support team directly at roeysupport@gmail.com with the subject line "Account Deletion Request" and your registered email address or phone number. All user data, credentials, and order records will be permanently purged within 48 hours upon receipt.
